Users must not impersonate others or submit false information.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including branding, logos, and original content, belongs to Kiboday and may not be used without written permission.

4. Liability
Kiboday is a facilitator. We are not liable for:
Condition of donated goods
Misuse of donated items by recipient parties
Logistics delays or miscommunications caused by third parties

5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user account that violates these terms.
