Kiboday operates exclusively with in-kind contributions and does not accept or process monetary donations.
1. How Shipping Works
- All donations made through Kiboday involve new items only and are sourced by verified vendors only.
- All delivery addresses are verified during NGO onboarding to ensure accurate and safe deliveries.
- Shipping is Donor-Initiated or Vendor-Fulfilled
Depending on the item and method of contribution:
- If donor choose deliver at NGO, the vendor will directly deliver to the NGO.
- If donor buy the care kits and want to them to deliver to their doorstep, then donor will be responsible for providing accurate address details.
2. Processing Time
Orders will be delivered within [3-7] business days after payment confirmation.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order via your dashboard.
4. Delivery Restrictions
We currently ship within Delhi-NCR only.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@kiboday.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the vendor.
6. Post-Delivery Confirmation
To ensure transparency and build trust:
- NGOs are encouraged to upload pictures or short videos once the item is received.
